My husband and I like to come here before or after the lunch time rush. Service is friendly, it's spacious, and they do the nicest chicken and cheese toastie. Food is excellent quality. Coffee is is always perfect with really nice mugs. 😃

Response from the owner

Thanks for your lovely review Jessica and for all your visits. I will pass this on to the team,
Regards Jane 😊 …

We had booked in for lunch after the limerick marathon. When we arrived we we put into a corner that was taken up by buggies from two tables over, little room to move.
There was no bread for any of the sandwiches.
We had to have 'baps' as a substitute.
They got our order wrong and had limited options to drink.
Staff were lovely but there wasn't enough of them on shift for how busy the cafe was at the time and there was no organization to keep customers happy.
The tables, floors and bathrooms were also very unclean, probably due to the lack of staff rostered on for what management must have known would be a busy day.
It was my first time eating here, the cafe was recommended by many for its quality. I didn't see any quality.
Would not recommend and would not return.

Response from the owner

Hi Simon,
I'm very sorry that you had such a bad experience on Sunday. Unfortunately there were some personal circumstances which led to the cafe being understaffed on the day. If you would like to email me directly I would appreciate it, [email protected]
Regards, Jane

Absolutely brilliant experience!! One of the best breakfasts we’ve had in Ireland (visiting from New York). Highly recommend the beet breakfast as it was delicious!! The lattes were also fabulous. Thank you!

Response from the owner

Thanks so much for your comments and sorry for not replying sooner. We opened a second cafe recently and I have been snowed under. I really appreciate your lovely feedback and will pass I on to staff,
Kind regards Jane
